Appointment Form

We appreciate if the bride's information is in all of the required fields. Please note that sometimes your preferred appointment date will not be available.  We also appreciate keeping guests to a maximum of  5 guests. Our store is not large enough to have multiple large parties, especially on the weekends. We can accommodate larger parties Monday-Friday. Alterations appointments are not made through Bearer of the Bling.
